Hello ASAP Families!
Spring is just around the corner (we hope!)! We are settling into our new space here at ASAP! We want to give a shout out to our Seminarian helpers this year, the kids are learning new card games and card tricks from Robert, and learning about music, drums, and new instruments from Juan Pablo! The kids really enjoy interacting with them and Robert and Juan Pablo have fun activities planned for the kids! They are with us every Thursday! Attached is the monthly newsletter for March! We have a new Outreach Coordinator, Mckensy Graetzer! She is a mom of 3, and is good with social media! We welcome her to the team!
A couple of housekeeping items:
1. When you come to pick up your kids, please either text or call 971-301-4434, and we will send them downstairs, that way you aren't stuck outside waiting!
2. We are actively looking for people who care about ASAP, kids, and want to be a part of shaping ASAP's future, we would love for you to join our board! There are several open positions! Currently we meet monthly on the first monday of the month at 10am here at Immanuel. The meetings are approx. 1.5 hours, and we would love some new input!
3. Our registrations show we have 40 kids signed up for the program, but we only see about 5% of that number attending. If you have questions, suggestions, or needs, please reach out. We are a completely free non-profit program here for your kids!
4. Keep an eye out on April 1 for our Annual Future of Hope fundraiser information! Parents will have access to a special link with 50% off of the ticket price! We hope you and your family will come support ASAP and have a nice dinner! If you have anything you would like to donate to our action you can get in touch with Tess @Tess Larson. It is a tax deductible donation.
