Hello ASAP Families! This is our last week of ASAP, Thursday June 1st will be our end of the year party and last day of ASAP for the year! We want to thank you for sharing your kids with us, we have had an awesome year! Even though there have been many changes in program and staff this year, we have listened and learned, we have created friendships and connections, we have been "in community" with each other! We have committed ourselves to being a light in our community for kids to come together, learn, get and give support, and HAVE FUN!!! We value our relationships we have built and we are looking ahead, taking what we have heard and learned, to continue to build a program that kids want to be a part of! We cannot do it alone - it takes partnerships - community partners that support our mission and help us to achieve it, parents that share their kids with us, and volunteers that help everything run smoothly and provide invaluable support to our program. We thank ALL of you, because supporting kids really DOES take a village!! I am including a link to our google survey for parents - please fill it out if you are a parent, you can submit more than one if two parents would like to fill it out! We are listening! If you are a volunteer, there will be a separate link to a survey to fill out! Our end of the year party is a 'Summer Kick Off' theme and we will be having hamburgers and hot dogs for dinner! We are also having our kids shop where the ASAP kids can spend the ASAP cash they have earned all year! We have a special surprise for our 8th grade graduates! Fun and games and to top it all off we are having KONA ICE to end the day! We hope to see you there! Parents are welcome to hang out with us if they can or want to!
